His experience and expertise is unrivaled: A former professional driver and motorsport journalist, Iain has a well-rounded technical background that comes from running rally and race preparation events and the logistical experience of coordinating rally teams in the field—both in the UK and internationally.
At AE, Iain focuses on all things performance-driven; he is the mastermind behind AE’s acclaimed production services division including track/course/route design, testing and substantiation services, and all performance discoveries and related programming. Iain has orchestrated driving programs for a host of successful programs for clients including Volkswagen, Maybach, Jaguar, Subaru, Mercedes-Benz SLR, and Dunlop, among others. Drawing on his experience as a pro driver, and his passion for the industry, Iain is exceptional at creatively demonstrating vehicle attributes—and delighting drivers.
