Subaru Corporate Testing and Substantiation

Subaru called on AE to benchmark its products against competitors using AE’s certified testing practices and methodology. Developing and facilitating a comprehensive battery of automotive tests, AE acquired well-founded results that were more than a mere collection of data points: The wide-ranging data was used to establish talking-points for media interviews; served as the basis for curriculum development for training programs; was incorporated into selling points for advertising; and folded into results-based talking points for use on the showroom floor. The compelling test results were made available to all Subaru departments. By integrating this singular testing program company-wide and across all entities, the tests were more complete, consistent and less expensive to produce-an across-the-board win for Subaru.
