Subaru Sales Training Event
Subaru charged AE with the development of a duo-sales training program for its new 2010 Outback and Legacy models. AE used compelling demonstrations to clearly differentiate the products and their respective performance features while delivering flawless logistics management. Over a span of five weeks, AE managed the flow of 1,000 participants via a cost-efficient, bi-coastal program that minimized the number of flight programs and travel days. AE’s previous certified vehicle testing of these models provided the foundation for a program built around undeniable results. Designing convincing side-by-side competitive comparisons, dynamic on-track and off-road driving experiences and eye-opening product discoveries, AE put sales associates in the center of the action helping them realize why these Subaru models are best in class. With a clear understanding of Subaru’s core technologies, they walked away with effective sales strategies that will reap rewards on the showroom floor.
