Established client Hyundai needed a three-wave, overlapping media event to showcase their new, seven-passenger SUV.
The production needed an outdoor, woodsy location that could accommodate more than 100 journalists and provide off-road driving components. We scouted locations in the U.S. and Canada, settling in northern Idaho at the Coeur d'Alene Resort. We then led the program from start to finish, managing registration, vehicle logistics, drive routes, and food and beverage. The latter included a press conference created on a luxury lake cruise boat.
